An old lady in our Community Neighborhood suffered from Stroke and now facing permanent disability. Hospital and Services provide very limited support at home. The family is trying to create a facility on community level. If your family or you know any family in GTA facing same situation and is looking for rehab help after hospital treatment, please contact.

So that a collective effort could be launched.
