My Mistake
While making resolution, we make big plans (break the chain, make the dream true); it's a big mistake. Human brain is not made for big plans. How smoking habit starts; first day no one smokes 2 packets. No one celebrates on start of smoking. Saw some friend smoking and borrowed the last part. First time it was bitter experience with some cough too. But slowly one became a chain smoker. Champion smokers ready to die any moment; experts in ignorance. Start with small for a change. A difference of few degrees will result into a big change. Any big plan is impossible to implement. 99% make this mistake, 92% cannot do. Big plan needs will power. Some people are exceptional; they can change their habit right away (strong will power) but the majority cannot (no will power). Big plan needs big start, needs big energy which is not there. For majority who has very little and normal will power; is better to start from small. Take so small step that is impossibly small. Lift your pen up. Start from ridiculously little step that it seems to be a joke. It has snowball effect (metaphorically, a snowball effect is a process that starts from an initial state of small significance and builds upon itself, becoming larger (graver, more serious), and also perhaps potentially dangerous or disastrous (a vicious circle), though it might be beneficial instead (a virtuous circle)).
