Inaugural Keynote Address
AST TV Channel Broadcasting
Dear friends! Let me share with you some of our experiences which as a team we were able to gather and I feel privileged to proudly share a very valuable piece of information with you.
My friends! In this world, we have two paths, two ways of thinking; that all over there is justice; everybody is satisfied, and everything is fine. There is another opinion too that there is a lot of injustice in the world, and everybody has responsibility to counter it, to try for righteousness, for correction and for justice.
There is one root cause of injustice; when you research, you come to the point, that it is due to one human failing that is greed. When we as human being, develop a sense of sacrifice then we are less likely to be unjust towards others.
My friends, brothers, sisters, youth and my elders! We started this move All Solutions Team a few years back and to our surprise we got tremendous acceptance and support from community as well as from other sections of society outside our community.
Everybody accepted and supported this cause; service to humanity; help to those who need help and all this work is done by volunteers. There is no money involved at any level. This is an interaction and networking of experts at different levels.
My brothers and sisters! In different scenarios, in different situations; there are different solutions; from experts of different type of expertise and life.
In the past; we were able to work in the fields of professional trainings, job placement, resume writing skills, interview skills training and marriage proposals and so on.
We have a list of testimonials – the people who were affiliated with All Solutions Team and the people who were able to take a benefit and to take the advantage of this network of volunteers - from the community, helping community, to the community.
We are fortunate to find a list of experts who on volunteering basis are ready to share their expertise and God gifted resources. Their services are highly priced in the market but these volunteer experts are ready to provide their services absolutely free.
My brothers and sisters! I invite you to try this team as you are trying the other people for your needs and requirements. Have a look, and take up the responsibility of supporting, helping the right cause and affiliating yourselves with the righteousness, the good and oppose and highlight the falsehood and stand against the things which are not in the right way. With the grace of Almighty, the Creator, All Solutions Team will be side by side, shoulder to shoulder to any oppressed and will be in opposition and against any sort of oppression with full capacity and courage.
We started this activity on trial basis without any big plan in mind but as the time passed and as the activities multiplied, we realized tremendously importance of this volunteering work. To our surprise many people were able to find professional jobs, establish businesses, to find partnerships in businesses and we found them very happy and ready to share their experiences, sharing their achievements, sharing their experiences - success stories with those who are still struggling in their lives to provide them insight into what might work for them.
So My brothers and sisters! Come and have a look at the collection of information at www.allsolutionsteam.com and come forward with your suggestions, thoughts, ideas and concepts how to serve the humanity, how to serve the nation, how to serve the community. It’s a big goal and it’s a huge responsibility, it’s not one person’s purview, not one person’s job.
The Holy Prophet (SAWA) said: One, who gets up in the morning and is not concerned about the affairs of other Muslims, is not a Muslim. Those who help others are truly much blessed. Helping others brings pleasure beyond imagination. A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand others are safe. Best people are those who are useful to others. Remember … when you help someone, Allah helps you. One who listens to the call of a Muslim, and does not respond to it, is not a Muslim.
Let’s look around in our circles, in our groups – whoever is slow, whoever is little bit lazy – let’s help each other to revive the traditions of love, peace and sacrifice. On the day of the battle of Yarmuk, Hisham and two other companions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) died without quenching their thirst leaving behind legacy and proof of unparalleled sacrifice and brotherhood in human history. Water was available but none of them used it in a try to prefer other one.
We can see one of the most patient and tolerant aspects of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)’s character how we should react when faced with hatred. The incident of an old woman who made a habit of throwing trash in the way of Holy Prophet (PBUH) whenever he passed by her house. The incident, mentions a neighbor of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) that tried her best to irritate him by throwing garbage in his way every day. One day, when the Holy Prophet (PBUH) walked out of his home there was no garbage. This made the Holy Prophet (PBUH) inquire about the old woman and the Holy Prophet (PBUH) came to know that she was sick. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) went to visit her and to offer any assistance she might need. The old woman was extremely humbled and at the same time ashamed of her actions in light of the concern that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) showed her. By seeing the example of compassion of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), she became convinced that Islam must be a true religion that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) was preaching.
Why New Channel
Al-Baqara (The Cow) 2:146 - الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْرِفُونَهُ كَمَا يَعْرِفُونَ أَبْنَاءهُمْ وَإِنَّ فَرِيقاً مِّنْهُمْ لَيَكْتُمُونَ الْحَقَّ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ
They unto whom We have vouchsafed revelation aforetime know it as they know their own children: but, behold, some of them knowingly suppress the truth.
Al-An'am (The Cattle) 6:20 - الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْرِفُونَهُ كَمَا يَعْرِفُونَ أَبْنَاءهُمُ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَهُمْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ
They unto whom we have vouchsafed revelation aforetime know this as they know their own children; yet those [of them] who have squandered their own selves -it is they who refuse to believe.
Al-Jumu'ah (Friday) > [62:5] مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا التَّوْرَاةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا بِئْسَ مَثَلُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
THE PARABLE of those who were graced with the burden of the Torah, and thereafter failed to bear this burden, [4] is that of an ass that carries a load of books [but cannot benefit from them]. Calamitous is the parable of people who are bent on giving the lie to God's messages - for God does not bestow His guidance upon such evildoing folk!
Al-Qadr (The Night of Decree) 97:2-3 وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ And what could make thee conceive what it is, that Night of Destiny? لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months
Ya-Sin (Ya-Sin)> [36:47]
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ أَنفِقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمْ اللَّهُ قَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنُطْعِمُ مَن لَّوْ يَشَاء اللَّهُ أَطْعَمَهُ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ
Thus, when they are told, “Spend on others out of what God has provided for you as sustenance,” those who are bent on denying the truth say unto those who believe, “Shall we feed anyone whom, if [your] God had so willed, He could have fed [Himself]? Clearly, you are but lost in error!”
Al-Munafiqun (The Hypocrites) > [63:4-5] وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَهُمْ تُعْجِبُكَ أَجْسَامُهُمْ وَإِن يَقُولُوا تَسْمَعْ لِقَوْلِهِمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ خُشُبٌ مُّسَنَّدَةٌ يَحْسَبُونَ كُلَّ صَيْحَةٍ عَلَيْهِمْ هُمُ الْعَدُوُّ فَاحْذَرْهُمْ قَاتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ
Now when thou seest them, their outward appearance may please thee; and when they speak, thou art inclined to lend ear to what they say. [4] [But though they may seem as sure of themselves] as if they were timbers [firmly] propped up, they think that every shout is [directed] against them. They are the [real] enemies [of all faith], so beware of them. [They deserve the imprecation,] "May God destroy them!" [5] How perverted are their minds!
Ya-Sin (Ya-Sin)> [36:59] وَامْتَازُوا الْيَوْمَ أَيُّهَا الْمُجْرِمُونَ
But stand aside today, O you who were lost in sin!
Ya-Sin (Ya-Sin)> [36:65] الْيَوْمَ نَخْتِمُ عَلَى أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَتُكَلِّمُنَا أَيْدِيهِمْ وَتَشْهَدُ أَرْجُلُهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ
On that Day We shall set a seal on their mouths but their hands will speak unto Us, and their feet will bear witness to whatever they have earned [in life].Al-Ma'idah (The Table Spread) > [5:54] يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مَن يَرْتَدَّ مِنكُمْ عَن دِينِهِ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِي اللّهُ بِقَوْمٍ يُحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَهُ أَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ يُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَلاَ يَخَافُونَ لَوْمَةَ لآئِمٍ ذَلِكَ فَضْلُ اللّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَاء وَاللّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ
O you who believe! Whoever from among you turns back from his religion (Islâm), Allâh will bring a people whom He will love and they will love Him; humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers, fighting in the Way of Allâh, and never fear of the blame of the blamers. That is the Grace of Allâh which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allâh is All-Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All-Knower.
You describe the truth (haqq) in a way that real issues are suppressed in the truth or you start condemning the wrong (batil) in a way that result in the same way.
This is the time; there is bombardment /storm of information from all sides. It is very difficult for an ordinary person to sort out/distinguish the specific piece of information for himself for that location/situation.
There are issues; everyone knows; but nobody is daring to voice on those; like family problems, community based housing, jobs, community based businesses, interaction between community individuals, interfaith dialogues.
New comers' help, community based crises help system, family counselling, business counselling. General training; speaking training help (in particular Public Speaking); small technical trainings (for jobs/ businesses).
How the system is working (apparently very nice and good faced but in actual craving the ethics/personalities in its own way).Let's start talking intelligently using terminology so that no conflict can be recorded and one can say his/her intellect theology.

Conducting extensive survey and detailed discussions with active members of community – there is a need of GTA for a TV studio. All Solutions Team has a plan to provide standard broadcast programs "Service to Humanity, Challenges Faced by Humanity Today" from Toronto to Community TV Channels. You would be informed and updated as soon as Toronto Studio will be inaugurated which is almost ready to on air.
These Community TV Channels are dire beneficial for you and your families especially when you are living in remote areas. Please come up with other topics to be discussed. Your suggestions, feedback, cooperation would be highly appreciated.
Followings are few of the findings:
Religious Issues: kids, youth and women – need a lot more training and education (social)
Social Issues: socialization of youth for our own cultural environment within community. A big number of youth without marriage. After marriage separation, divorce rate increasing considerably. Needs a lot more interaction and networking opportunities. Centres are doing a lot in this regard but still needs much more. There is a need of utilization of social media – in this regard. There are many useful websites e.g. Islamicblessings.com has 7000 islamic books available.
Presentation and introduction of available material is more important. Scholars and youth brain can play an important role.
Economic Issues: addressing the brain drainage, especially in our community – many doctors, engineers and professionals are doing odd jobs for their survival. Few years back – All Solutions Team – started project of professional trainings. During this training process – survey caused this realization that how far we are from what to do. Community activists appreciated this work beyond expectations. Through this small micro level activity – many youth were able to adjust in professional jobs, establishing businesses through interaction and networking. There is a need of a platform, institute, guiding resource on community level along with government HRDCs for helping professionals stuck in odd jobs. For this purpose All Solutions Team was able to manage workshops, introduction of online resources for youth networking. Now team is on a level to introduce a TV Channel for introduction of professional experts and pooling the resources. Let us take the advantage of media – an easy way od communication.

Centres – Community services, collection and management of data for marriage facilitation of youth, burial plan, virtual tours

To Politicians: We are lucky living in a part of world where one can enjoy democracy and freedom of speech. At the same time we see a lot of injustice examples on individual level and on international level.
International injustice examples: we see in some countries some other countries are violating that poor nation's sovereignty but Canada and other countries are providing arms to those countries. Some international banks are directly involved in funding terrorism.

International injustice examples: 10JUNE2016 burial of late Muhammad Ali Clay was a great evidence of interfaith harmony but exactly 2 days later on 12JUNE2016 the incident by Omar Mateen was more actively captured by media and politicians. If this is real democracy then people were more emotionally involved and attached with Muhammad Ali Clay's last moments (his burial), but with help of media people's attention was intentionally diverted from harmony to hatred.
As a human being and representing people in government policies do we feel some responsibility. What is your stance in that regard?

For parents to dedicate time for families, specially children, in this part of the world
Economic necessities - make people involved in earning for the family leaving no time for family / children. It is imperative to dedicate some time for families.
Briefs in easy language on social values of our culture for children.
Enlightening children on the subject of religion.
Importance of getting involved in main stream politics.

We need to get together and try to chalk out a frame work which should be designed to build a better community, uplift the young generation by providing them the right direction to provide them with a platform where they can voice their concerns and make contributions for the community.
We can be instrumental, working together , to provide opportunities and/or guidance for building their capabilities and share and guide opportunities for workplaces.
