Outstanding personalities are source of joy, glory, hope and offer delightful realities. “Knowledge is power.” Imam Ali AS. Outstanding personalities played important role in planning, scientific progress and encounter vulnerabilities. The need is with right direction cultivation, improving and breaking the borders of knowledge at the level of humanity - not on country level or on a group level. We observe discovery of electricity only few hundred years ago. Electricity was there with the creation of the universe.

There are; 10, 20 other energy sources in nature which can equally influence human life, progress, and prosperity.

In the past 200 hundred years, some nations explored more scientific progress than others.

Some rulers and other influential people adopted such ways that they made their people dependent on other nations. Mutual interaction between outstanding personalities helps their growth. They should employ their faculties, their talents, and their capacities at the service of humanity. They should render services by eliminating obstacles.

Outstanding personalities should be dynamic, and they should improve themselves. It is not enough to be an outstanding personality. Dynamic, progressing, and active personalities are a great source of wealth for the humanity. 

Human work forces are a treasure and a source of great wealth. The hegemonic apparatus and the system of domination are trying to snatch this source of wealth away from poor nations. 

The system of arrogance is after monopolization: scientific and technological monopolization, and the monopolization of wealth-generating and power-generating assets. Through physical measures, cultural and scientific means, or by busying outstandingly talented personalities with individual affairs; are hegemonic tactics.

The System of Domination calls for the division of the world into the oppressed and the oppressor. The tools of power include politics, media, weapons, money, and brazenness (boldly or shamelessly). The tools to restrain this system are religion, morality, and dignity.

To prevent the deception of the enemy of humanity; strengthen national identity and idealism. 

Exceptional people be proud of continuing an honorable and valuable history in sciences and philosophy. 

Outstanding personalities, shoulder a heavy responsibility. This responsibility is a source of pride, honor, and dignity in this world and in the hereafter. 

Wiping out ideas and identities is one of goals of enemy.

Being an outstanding personality requires having a specialty.

Management of the human societies is important.

Lofty goals have lofty values.

Don't drown yourself in an area of expertise by ignoring surrounding environment of society and people.

Inner knowledge and external realities must match.

Flag of justice and identity will increase the value. 

Imam Ali AS said: “If people had not come to me and supporters had not exhausted the argument and if there had been no pledge of Allah with the learned that they should not acquiesce (bow) to the gluttony (means privileges, astronomical rewards, and payments) of the oppressor and the hunger of the oppressed, I would have cast the rope of Caliphate on its own shoulders.”

Responsibility is the gluttony of the oppressor and the hunger of the oppressed.

Master the media resources. Enemy deceive the public's opinion. Play your part as outstanding personalities. Carrying out scientific endeavors under the flag of justice, breaking monopolies, fighting against oppression, and attending to the various issues of those who live around outstanding personalities. There must be constant innovation and novelty. There is a significance of knowledge-based companies. Try to benefit from talented outstanding personalities. Youth can explore new arenas and do great achievements and accomplishments.
